Amanda Brown
I am committed to supporting all beings to find a deeper sense of belonging and the ability to orient towards their own self compassion and potentiality; to find new ways of making sanctuary in a container of ‘radical tenderness’. My primary intention is to be to be curious, creative and kind in support of your journey.
I was in the first cohort to train with Compassionate Inquiry and have completed over 1000 sessions since qualifying. During this time I have observed how this wonderful approach has shifted long term patterns and how folk can move from surviving to thriving. I continue to integrate the teachings into my own development.
My primary therapeutic practice for the last 17 years has been Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and I sometimes combine Compassionate Inquiry with this modality in person whilst offering CI as a stand-alone therapy for online work.
I am a C-IAYT yoga facilitator and somatic bodyworker and have been training and supervising yoga teachers for many years. I have specialised and trained in the anatomy and basic neurobiology of early years development from conception to 3 years and this deeply informs my methodology.
I am the director of Falmouth Active Health clinic and enjoy a long relationship with Dzogchen buddhism.
I welcome enquiries and offer a free introductory chat.
