Heather Cronkwright-Evans
With a background in social service work, mental health outreach and counseling, Heather has always had an interest in holistic health, and in helping others to find ease in the flow of their life.
Heather graduated from the Toronto School of Homoeopathic Medicine in 2003, and went on to complete two more years of postgraduate studies in homeopathic medicine and training in Emotional Freedom Technique. In 2009, she opened Hamilton Health & Wellness Centre, where she created a collaborative team that offers a diverse range of complimentary healthcare options.
Since then, Heather has acquired certification as a Wellness Coach, focusing on helping her clients chart and navigate their own unique path, as well as completing in-depth training in a psychotherapeutic approach called Compassionate Inquiry. She began treating clients in 2021, now offering this as her core treatment approach. Compassionate Inquiry is based on the understanding that your behaviours, thoughts and beliefs are part of a brilliant survival strategy you once needed. They have much to teach you about what you need now, and how to access your truth and freedom in the present. Heather helps you to know yourself better, understand your strengths and challenges, and be your authentic self.
Heather’s passion is to work with individuals in co-creating a unique roadmap of empowerment through these modalities, allowing for comprehensive care including both the physical and mental/emotional components of vitality and wellbeing.
