Varduhi is the founder of My Family Psychological Research NGO and a dedicated Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, Mentor and Circle Leader. With a rich academic background, she holds MA degrees in Applied Linguistics and Pedagogy.
Rooted in a deep belief in the innate wisdom within every human being, Varduhi’s practice is grounded in Polyvagal Theory, fostering safety, connection, and healing. Beyond her individual therapy work, she leads support groups in Armenia, creating spaces where people can explore their inner landscapes with compassion and presence.
