My work comes from a deeper place than my mind understands. My capacity to listen, attune, and be present with people is not a skill that I acquired over time but something that I have carried since I was a child. It wasn’t until encountering Gabor’s work that I truly understood this aspect of myself.
My first studies focused on western psychology, educating me on the biopsychosocial approach and the scientific studies of the human mind and behavior. After graduating, my heart veered towards the Compassionate Inquiry training.
Throughout my CI journey, I have lived between Lebanon and Canada, and I have had the opportunity to work with a very diverse population. My work mainly focused on people who experienced childhood trauma and abuse, and who struggled to find themselves in the world as adults. My work varies from ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, psychosis, and everything in between. I have also worked with children and teens who have faced cultural and war trauma.
I started this intense therapeutic work on myself, surrounded by compassion and mirrors to the soul. Two years later, I became a whole different person, working through my own trauma has opened up parts of me that my conscious mind didn’t even know existed. I have discovered my true self and experienced what it is to be a whole human being in this world, not just a human.
My healing journey continues as my growth goes hand in hand. As a CI practitioner, what I bring to the session and the space we will be sharing is the presence, curiosity, safety, and connection that I received in order to get to where I am today.
