My name is Yvonne. In my work as a one-on-one process facilitator with adolescents and adults, I help people reconnect with their core. Who are you and where do you come from? What history influences your current behaviour and limits your ability to live to your full potential? The more small building blocks of how you live your life become visible and tangible, the more you can live from who you truly are.

Often, you feel that something in your life is not quite right. Curiosity about yourself is then the greatest gift you can give yourself for the long term. Keywords in my work are safety and compassion.
