How did I get here?
My own journey through addiction, mental health challenges, grief, and loss led me here and continues to shape how I hold space for others. I believe there is wisdom in our symptoms. Rather than signs that something is wrong with us, they can be expressions of how we have learned to survive, protect ourselves, and adapt to what life has asked of us.
I see therapy as an invitation to return to yourself, to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been hidden, silenced, or longing to be heard and seen.
As a CI Practitioner, I offer a space of presence, curiosity, and compassion where nothing about your experience needs to be hidden or hurried. Together, we gently explore past experiences, protective patterns, and unmet needs, and how they may live on in our emotions, bodies, relationships, and sense of self.
I hold this work with deep respect for your lived experience, your cultural and ancestral roots, and the unique path your healing takes.
