I’m a trauma integration practitioner and ICF credentialed coach, with over 6,000 conversations behind me. I work in the territory most leadership coaching avoids – the hidden, the unspoken, the parts of your history quietly shaping how you lead, relate, and show up today.
Compassionate Inquiry® is a gentle yet powerful way to reveal and release the traces of early trauma held in the body as stories, symptoms, stress, and addiction. In many workplaces, the addiction isn’t to substances – it’s to achievement, speed, external validation, and hyper-connection. These patterns slowly pull people away from themselves.
When organizations can’t nourish our deeper hungers for belonging, freedom, imagination, and genuine recognition, we adapt. We over-perform, over-function, override our limits. What begins as brilliance and survival can harden into painful disconnection from our own inner GPS. Compassionate Inquiry® helps loosen the grip of these adaptations, so you can move toward spontaneity, genuine choice, and a felt sense of inner freedom.
This approach is especially supportive in seasons of transition – when identity, purpose, or direction feel in flux, when relationship patterns keep repeating, or when old coping mechanisms no longer work. Instead of forcing change, it invites understanding. Triggers and intense emotions become information rather than enemies, and over time, most leaders find themselves more present, less reactive, and more grounded in self-trust.
I won’t rush you. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and walk with you – honestly, with compassion, and with a quiet kind of strength. In a world that rewards performance over presence, I want to give you a place to bring back the parts of yourself you learned to hide. What if your feelings weren’t a liability, but actually a sophisticated compass for how you lead and live?
I believe true leadership often begins where the wound once was.
