Before I knew the word healing, I recognized its scent.
I come from an ancient lineage where healing was woven into the fabric of daily life. I knew safety and attunement in the scent of jasmine my grandmother lovingly placed in her room. I felt the power of presence in my mother’s daily stillness practices, and heard the healing poetry of Rumi in my father’s voice.
I carried this understanding into my work in human rights and politics in Canada, driven by a deep calling to bring compassion and healing into the world.
The arena has changed. The calling never has.
Today, I accompany people into the deeper work of inner healing and transformation. My practice is open to anyone seeking to understand the deeper roots of their struggles and reconnect with their true self.
If you sit with me, I will listen to your heart with the caring ears of my grandmother and the mothers before her.
