I look at people through the lens of growth.
Most people come to me because they want something in their lives to change or move forward — to grow, create, build something of their own, change a relationship, or make a choice they haven’t been able to make.
Few come wanting to talk about trauma.
Yet the past leaves its imprints on how we see ourselves, how we react, what we expect from others, and what we believe is possible for us. What may look like a lack of confidence, motivation, or willpower can actually be an old adaptive pattern still shaping our lives in the present.
This is where my work begins.
At the core of my work is self-awareness — the ability to see ourselves through different, interconnected perspectives:
Behavioural patterns — Lumina Learning®
How the past shapes the present — Compassionate Inquiry®
Our internal system of parts — Internal Family Systems®
Goals, choices, and action — ICF-certified PCC level coaching
Our place within wider systems — systemic work
I believe in human potential and wholeness. I am interested not only in what has happened to a person, but in what becomes possible when they can see more clearly what has shaped them.
My approach is warm, deeply attuned, and direct.
