I believe that behind every behavior and defense lies a small rosebud, waiting for enough space, nourishment, and loving presence to bloom. Everyone has that right, and I love exploring it.
I am a somatic coach working in the field of personal development since 2013. From non-formal education, I moved into the business world into management, and later into building the foundations of well-being at a high-performance company.
My own experience with burnout taught me something I had previously only understood in theory: that the body remembers what the mind has long forgotten, and that real change doesn’t come through willpower, but through loving presence with what is within us. This experience led me deeper into work with the nervous system, body, emotions and to Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry® approach.
Today I understand that the role of a therapist holds a much deeper space than I ever imagined. It is also about the everyday moments, the way we care for ourselves, and the importance of nurturing our own inner world so that we can truly support and help others grow.
With great respect and humility toward each client’s individuality, I integrate Compassionate Inquiry® with other methods I work with, and with patience, gentleness, curiosity, and compassion, I support individuals, groups and organizations in healing, growing, and discovering new possibilities.
