Something in us knows the way home, even when we’ve forgotten how to get there. I accompany your journey, holding a culturally responsive space attuned to how identity, power, and systemic conditions shape experience. We slow down, look beneath behavior and patterns, and meet what is asking for tender attention.
Since 2015, I have led trauma-informed, Nonviolent Communication, and restorative justice programs in prisons, creating spaces for incarcerated individuals to heal.
In this work, I sustain relationship with difficult human realities — both harm experienced and enacted. I sit at the edges of tragic attempts to meet needs, without simplifying it.
Witnessing people’s capacity to return to themselves, relationship, and community with compassion and without abandoning accountability keeps me humble.
Clients come to me when navigating change, mental exhaustion, relationship patterns, questions of identity and belonging, and a desire for greater agency and connection.
Come as you are. We’ll start there.
