What would it feel like to trust again — not blindly, but step by step, with the body as your guide?
I’ve spent twenty years accompanying processes of recovering trust, creativity, and life energy. My core training is in Somatic Experiencing®, where I understand trauma as physiology, not just as story. I added Compassionate Inquiry® to that, which gave me a language for accompanying the emotional roots and attachment patterns behind the symptom.
I completed the Certificate Program in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research at CIIS, expanding my perspective toward non-ordinary states of consciousness as a legitimate and necessary part of therapeutic work. What other ways of being awake exist, beyond the one you already know?
I also come from Clown and Contact Improvisation Dance — there I learned that play, mistakes, and group encounter can heal as much as individual containment.
For me, healing is also an act of justice: it’s never only an individual matter, it’s body, community, history, territory.
If any of this resonates, maybe it’s time to talk.
I accompany individual and group processes, both online and in person.
